Eligibility Requirements (Program Delivery Agents)
Eligible applicants are: - businesses; - not-for-profit organizations; - municipal governments, agencies or territorial governments; - Band/Tribal Councils; or, - public health and educational institutions.
Eligibility Requirements (Program Participants)
Eligible clients are unemployed individuals: - who have established a claim for Employment Insurance (EI) benefits, or - whose established EI claim ended within the last three years, or - who established a benefit period and were paid maternity or parental benefits within the past five years and are re-entering the labour force after having left it to care for newborn or newly adopted children, and; - who have an Action Plan (AP) that identifies PBLMT as a reasonable activity to support their occupational goal.
