Description/History of Program/Initiative
Community Employer Partnerships is a component of EPBC that enables communities to identify projects that will assist their local labour market and apply for funding.
The CEP fund consists of five streams:
– Job Creation Partnerships.
– Project Based Labour Market Training.
– Labour Market Partnerships.
– Research and Innovation.
– Social Innovation

Eligibility Requirements (Program Participants)
Most project involving unemployed clients, must recruit Employment Insurance eligible participants. Some exceptions apply to specific projects.
