We will be postponing the upcoming FNLC All Chiefs Meeting on the West Coast Oil Pipeline (WCOP) in light of the passing of Joan Phillip. In lieu, we will be preparing materials to support nations with their responses to the Major Projects Office (MPO) on WCOP national interest designation. We will look to find a date after the October 1st designation deadline to support Chiefs and leaders with the next steps of the WCOP major project proposal.
