Community Description
The Kitasoo, also known as the Xai'xais people, are a tribe of the Tsimshian, located in Klemtu in the heart of BC's Great Bear Rainforest. Kitasoo territory is composed of both land and marine areas. To remain here, we must protect and enhance our culture and heritage. We also need to live in the modern world.
