Regional Chief Jody Wilson-Raybould (Puglaas)Regional Chief Jody Wilson-Raybould is a descendant of the Musgamagw Tsawataineuk and Laich-Kwil-Tach peoples, which are part of the Kwakwaka’wakw, also known as the Kwak’wala speaking peoples. She is a member of the We Wai Kai Nation and lives with her husband, Tim Raybould, at Cape Mudge Village, Quadra Island. Background & Experience: Bachelor of Arts: Major in History & Political Science Law degree from the University of British Columbia Active member of the BC Bar Association since 2000 Provincial Crown prosecutor in Vancouver’s downtown eastside until 2003 From 2003 to 2009, an elected Commissioner to the BC Treaty Commission Elected Councillor for the We Wai Kai Nation.
