| 2007: | In 2007 the FNLC drafted and endorsed an "Operational and Administrative Plan", which laid out the Vision, Principles and Goals of the Council as it moved forward |
| Nov 2006: | Tripartite First Nations Health Plan MOU with Province of BC and Government of Canada |
| Nov 2005: | Transformative Change Accord (PDF) with Province of BC and Government of Canada |
| Oct 2005: | Public Safety Protocol with RCMP (twice renewed since original signing) |
